Carrie Kish is a Partner and the CEO of CultureSync, a management consulting firm that specializes in leadership development and culture change. Carrie has over 20 years experience as a consultant, a leadership trainer and a coach who specializes in leadership training for executives, small businesses and non-profit leaders. She is a serial entrepreneur who has built and sold several businesses over the last 20 years, the last one for 8 figures.

Carrie is a faculty member of the American College of Physician Executives. She is a CTI Leadership Graduate, a Mastery University Graduate, a Leadership Mastery Graduate and a UCLA Graduate. She is also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and the Past President and Executive Advisor of The International Coach Federation in Los Angeles.

Carrie loves speaking to physicians, executives, entrepreneurs and start ups, nonprofit leaders, small business owners and women’s organizations. She has experience working with companies and teams as diverse as AT&T, the California Medical Association, Warner Bros. Studios, Boeing, Coca-Cola, DaVita, Southern California Edison, and Zappos. She is passionate about leadership and experiential leadership training.

Carrie lives in Los Angeles, California with her husband of 26 years and their 4 sons and three dogs. She thinks that being a wife and a mother may qualify her as a leader more than any of her other credentials. She is also a confirmation teacher and a retreat team leader at her church and serves as the Board Vice Chair for the Center for Integral Wisdom. Her newest leadership adventures are learning to horseback ride and learning to dance the Argentine Tango.
